About JAAI:
JICA Alumni Association of India (JAAI) is an association of ex-participants, who underwent training in Japan under various Technical Cooperation Programmes of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Government of Japan.
JAAI was established with about 6 to 7 members, with late Dr. M.M. Singh being its founder President. Subsequently, Mr. K.C. Sodhia, Justice M.K. Chawla, Ms. Jayshree Raghuraman, Dr. O.P. Dewal and Mr. Zakaria Khan Yusufzai have served as JAAI Presidents.
Presently, Dr. S.S. Gupta is the President of JAAI. Dr. Gupta has held various posts in the association on earlier occasions too.
